Nick accepts briefs to appear in trials and appeals in all areas of commercial, corporations, equity, partnership, estates, insurance, professional negligence, product liability, consumer/trade practices law.

Nick was Associate to Justice Michael McHugh at the High Court of Australia in 1999 to 2000.

Nick was previously a solicitor and senior associate at Mallesons Stephen Jaques (now King & Wood Mallesons), working in their commercial litigation division.

He has a Bachelor of Economics (Actuarial Studies) from Macquarie University and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of NSW. In 2006, Nick was awarded the P Blashki Award for the highest aggregate score in the New South Wales Bar Examinations.
